Hospitality
The Club
A residents' clubhouse arranged around a cloistered courtyard, with lounges, a library, and a shaded loggia.
IIThe Community
Homes are one part of Rosebend. The streets, gardens, courtyards, and gathering places matter just as much.
VisionThe idea
Most new neighborhoods are assembled one piece at a time: a road, a phase of houses, a park added later. Rosebend begins with the whole.
Streets are designed as outdoor rooms. Gardens and courtyards set the rhythm of the neighborhoods. Architecture shares one Mediterranean language. And at the center, a plaza gives everyone a reason to walk, linger, and meet.
Figures reflect the current conceptual plan and are subject to change.
The Plaza
At the heart of Rosebend, a Mediterranean-inspired village center: stone paving, plane trees, a fountain, and the pleasant noise of neighbors. A miniature European village, embedded in California.
